Ellen Schulz

Ellen Schulz is an accomplished operations and strategy professional with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving significant revenue growth across various sectors. At InterMed Health Technologies, Ellen served as Operations Manager from October 2002 to April 2009. Subsequently, as Account Director at Integrated Merchandising Systems, Ellen led a 19-person team supporting PepsiCo’s merchandising supply chain from February 2014 to February 2016. Ellen further honed strategic skills as a Strategy Associate at Booz & Company and later took on the role of Senior Director - Regional General Manager at Sonder Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of 2,500 rooms across 50 properties, achieving impressive cost efficiencies and guest satisfaction. In addition, Ellen has worked as a Strategy Consultant at Gillum Strategy Partners and currently holds the position of Director, Central Operations, Short Term Rentals at Roofstock since June 2025. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard College and an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
