Kevin Cox has extensive experience in technical support and software quality analysis within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Technical Implementations Specialist at Rooftop Digital since 2018, Kevin previously held positions at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included providing support for over 800 financial institution websites and enhancing online banking products. At NCR, achievements included resolving over 1000 incidents with high customer satisfaction and mitigating security vulnerabilities for thousands of vendor connections. Earlier roles at Intuit involved testing secure interfaces for online banking, while experience at Washington Mutual Savings Bank encompassed large-scale project support and the development of automated systems. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California Lutheran University and an Associate of Science in Electronics from Moorpark College.
