Cynthia Hollowood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and community service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Saratoga Sponsor-a-Scholar since March 2020, Cynthia administers a scholarship foundation at Saratoga Springs High School. In parallel, Cynthia holds a position as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson focusing on commercial sales and leasing at Roohan Realty. With a longstanding commitment to economic development, Cynthia has volunteered as an Executive Committee Member on the Board of Directors of the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation since May 2006, dedicated to job growth in Saratoga County. Previous roles include founding board member and past chairman of the Saratoga Convention & Tourism Bureau, general manager of Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, and past chairman of the NYS Hospitality and Tourism Association. Cynthia's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from the University at Albany and an AAS in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Hudson Valley Community College.
