Alex B. started working at Rook Coffee in July 2014 as a Barista. In November 2015, they became an Apprentice Roaster and held this position until December 2016. From January 2017 onwards, Alex B. held the position of Head of Production at Rook Coffee. In addition to their work at Rook Coffee, Alex B. also worked as an Intern for Chivukula For Congress from March to August 2014.
Alex B. attended Rutgers University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History. In 2018, they received additional certification as a Licensed Q Arabica Grader from the Coffee Quality Institute.
