My Ekstrand

Rookie Startups is an educational organization specializing in developing young people's entrepreneurial skills. Today, we are Sweden's largest providers of summer jobs and have trained over 12,000 young people. Through our proven method, developed in collaboration with researchers from the Stockholm School of Economics, we give young people the tools they need to develop their soft skills and succeed in the labor market. We collaborate with municipalities and cities across Sweden to give young people the opportunity to gain valuable summer jobs using entrepreneurship as a method.
