Irit Angel

Irit Angel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irit began their career in 1999 as a Programmer at IFN and later transitioned into a Team Leader & Site Supervisor role within the same company. In 2003, Irit joined Ness Technologies as an Engineering Team Leader/Project Manager and later became a Backend Team Lead/Specification Expert. During their time at Ness Technologies, they designed applications, managed staff and developers, and oversaw the development of various modules.

In 2011, Irit co-founded Soda – Web Application and online consulting, where they managed internet and E-Commerce projects, handled marketing and negotiation, and defined client demands. Irit was also responsible for implementing advanced development methodologies.

From 2015 to 2016, Irit worked as a Product Manager at Taptica, where they managed the full life cycle of a unique product. Irit was involved in defining functional specifications, user stories, and UX/UI using Scrum processes.

In 2016, Irit joined Logz.io as a Product Manager and later became the Director Of Products. Throughout their tenure, they spearheaded the expansion of the Product Management department, built and mentored a team of Product Managers and Integration Developers, and played a pivotal role in defining the product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and priorities. Under their leadership, the paying customer base grew from double digits to over 1500.

Most recently, in 2023, Irit joined Rookout as the VP of Product.

Irit Angel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014. Irit then attended CBT School from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied Law and Business at Reichman University, where they obtained an LLB degree.
