Danell Lavender is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the commercial and community management sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Rookwood Properties since May 2019, Danell has also held the position of Community Manager at CMC Properties since January 2010. Prior experience includes work as a Property Manager at Towne Properties from January 1990 to July 2002. Danell holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Mount St. Joseph University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
