Shannon S.

Shannon S. is an experienced property manager with a career spanning over 16 years in the real estate industry. Shannon has been serving as a Property Manager at Rookwood Properties since July 2020. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at North American Properties from March 2007 to July 2019, progressively advancing from Leasing Consultant to Business Manager, and culminating in various Property Manager positions across multiple locations, including Sky Harbor Apartments and Water's Bend. Academically, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Northern Kentucky University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Pre-Education from UC Clermont College.
