Erica Rand Silverman

Erica Rand Silverman is a Senior Literary Agent at Stimola Literary Studio, with prior experience as a Literary Agent at Sterling Lord Literistic Inc. Erica is also the Co-Founder of Room 228, a team of educators offering expertise in education and literacy. Erica has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Arts in Theater from Hunter College. Prior to their literary career, Erica served as a Dean of Safety, Security, and Wellness at Fashion Industries High School and taught English, Theater, and Conflict Resolution at the same school. Erica has also worked as an Educational Consultant at The Inner Resilience Program.
