Elizaveta Shytakova

Elizaveta Shytakova has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Elizaveta started their career at Bosch as an Assistant to the Accounting Department in January 2014, where they worked until June 2014. Following that, they joined Abbott as an Assistant to the Finance Department from October 2014 to March 2015, and later transitioned into the role of an Accountant from April 2015 to March 2018.

In 2018, Elizaveta joined Room 8 Group and took on various roles within the company. From April 2018 to June 2019, they served as a Head of Art Division Associate. In this position, they provided assistance to the Head of Art Division, handled administrative tasks, organized contests, courses, teambuildings, and events. Elizaveta also assisted in preparing for external conferences and the relocation of specialists.

From July 2019 to July 2020, Elizaveta worked as a 3D Team Supervisor Associate at Room 8 Group. In this role, they assisted the 3D Supervisor in various tasks such as recruitment and adaptation of the team, development and evaluation of the team, and capacity planning. Elizaveta actively participated in the preparation of estimation requests for projects and organized events for the 3D team.

Elizaveta then transitioned to the position of an Art Producer at Room 8 Group from August 2020 to December 2021. Finally, they held the role of an Art Onboarding Program Coordinator from January 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Elizaveta is serving as the Studio Onboarding Lead at Room 8 Group, which they have been doing since February 2023.

Elizaveta Shytakova began their education at UNESCO associated specialized school 211, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1998 to 2009. Following that, they enrolled at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University and completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management from 2009 to 2013. Elizaveta then pursued further education at the same university, earning a Master's degree in International Accounting and Audit from 2013 to 2014.
