Ellina Nemchenko

Ellina Nemchenko currently serves as the Art Production Management Director at Room 8 Group, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of 8 lead project managers and over 70 project managers across various game development pipelines, focusing on cross-team collaboration and delivery excellence. Previously, Ellina held the position of Delivery Director, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex game projects while optimizing workflows and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Prior experiences include roles as Lead Art Producer and Art Producer at Room 8 Studio, Lead Project Manager and Project Manager at KEVURU GAMES, Project Manager at Mangosoft, and Carrier Relations Expert and Technician at Vodafone. Ellina holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication and Radioengineering from the National University «Kyiv Aviation Institute».
