Inna Kalach

Inna Kalach has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Inna is currently working at Room 8 Group as the Art Service Line Operations Lead. In this role, they are responsible for leading operations process and change management, integrating new studios into Art SL processes, and managing the Service Line operational model. Inna also coordinates information system integration, designs and maintains the structure of Studios, and acts as a liaison between corporate functions and Art SL brands.

Prior to their current position, Inna worked at Room 8 Studio, where they held multiple roles. Inna served as the Operations Lead and Business Process Manager, responsible for managing operations and business processes within the company. Inna also worked as an Art Division Assistant and Outsource Manager, handling various tasks related to art production and outsourcing. Additionally, they worked as a Business Development Associate, contributing to the company's growth and development.

Inna's previous work experience also includes a short-term trainee position at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Inna Kalach obtained a Master's degree in International Business from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
