Natalya Kravtsova, Ph.D has extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. In 2016, Natalya worked as an HR Director at Adtelligent Inc., a video monetization platform for publishers. Natalya Kravtsova, played a key role in providing technologies and services to facilitate inventory sales. Before that, they served as Head of Talent Development/Acting HRD at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from June 2013 to April 2016. In this role, Natalya was responsible for various aspects of talent development, including training, performance management, competency modeling, and succession planning.

Prior to their tenure at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Natalya worked as a T&D specialist/Business Trainer at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Nycomed) from December 2007 to June 2013. Natalya Kravtsova, contributed to the company's training and development programs, utilizing the IBSTPI methodology.

Natalya Kravtsova, Ph.D has a diverse education history. Natalya Kravtsova, started their education at Kharkiv National Pharmaceutical University in 2001 and completed their Master's degree in Pharmacy in 2007. Natalya Kravtsova, continued their academic journey at the same university and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pharmacy from 2012 to 2015.

In 2011 to 2013, Natalya pursued further education in Organization Management at Khmelnitsky National University. Natalya Kravtsova, also attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in 2015 to 2016, where they focused on the "Art of people management" and "Efficient HR system," though their degree name is not mentioned.

Natalya's dedication to continuous learning is evidenced by their numerous additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained a certification in "Business Training Art" from the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (ibstpi). In 2013, they attained a certification in "Negotiation and Coaching" from Erickson University (Marilyn Atkinson). Additionally, they received a "Korn Ferry 360 Degree Certification" from Korn Ferry in 2015. In 2016, Natalya acquired two more certifications, one in "Human Resource Management" from PritulaHR and another in "Recruitment" from the First School of Recruiting in Ukraine.

Currently, Natalya is pursuing a Master's degree in the "Pedagogy of higher education" at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, starting in 2020.
