Olena Proskurovska

Olena Proskurovska has a diverse work experience highlighted by their roles at Room 8 Group and PZU Ukraine. In Room 8 Group, they started as a Process Analyst in April 2020 and later became a Team Lead Research & Analysis in August 2020. From January 2021 to January 2023, they worked as Sales Operations Management, and currently, they hold the position of Sales Performance Team Lead starting in February 2023. At PZU Ukraine, they began as a Specialist in March 2015 and progressed to become a Main Specialist from April 2016 to September 2017. Olena's tenure in PZU Ukraine concluded in April 2020 when they served as the Head of Division Systematization Process.

Olena Proskurovska began their education at Vinnytsia Cooperative College of Economics and Law from 2008 to 2011, earning a degree as a Junior Specialist in Accounting. Olena then continued their studies at Vinnytsia Cooperative Institute from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit. Finally, they pursued their Master's degree in Insurance at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2014 to 2015.
