Yurii Pryima

Director Global Sales Operations at Room 8 Group

Yurii Pryima has a wealth of experience in various leadership positions. Yurii is currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Room 8 Group, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Migronis: residency and citizenship by investment from October 2021 to October 2022. Yurii also worked as the Chief Business Development Officer at Global Message Services from October 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Global Message Services, Yurii held multiple roles at ELEKS. Yurii served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from November 2018 to October 2019 and as the Director of Sales from August 2017 to October 2019. Prior to ELEKS, Yurii worked at Kyivstar, where they held the positions of Corporate Business Development Director from January 2015 to August 2017 and Head of Large Enterprises Business from February 2014 onwards.

Yurii's earlier experience includes roles at Kyivstar GSM as the Deputy B2B Director of the Kiev Branch from April 2012 onwards, at VimpelCom Ukraine as the Head of Special Projects Management Department from January 2011 to May 2012, at Golden Telecom (VimpelCom Ukraine) as the Head of Network Solutions Development Department from May 2009 to April 2011, and at Golden Telecom as the Corporate Networks Sales Director from June 2007 to February 2010 and as a Senior Product Manager from July 2005 to June 2007.

Yurii Pryima has a strong educational background in both business and technical fields. Yurii completed an Executive MBA program at Kyiv Mohyla Business School (KMBS) in 2006-2007, earning a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they attended the International University of Finance, where they received a first-class Expert degree in Finance and Credits. Furthermore, they also studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine from 1994 to 2000, earning a first-class Master's degree in Telecommunication Means and Technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Yurii Pryima has obtained several certifications, specifically related to sales management. In November 2012, they became a Miller Heiman Certified Sales Management Professional in Conceptual Selling CFI, Conceptual Selling@ Coaching, Large Account Management Process, Strategic Selling@ Funnel Management, Strategic Selling, and Strategic Selling@ Coaching. These certifications were obtained from Miller Heiman.
