Karyna Khoroshailo

Karyna Khoroshailo is a seasoned art professional with extensive experience in character concept art and team leadership. Karyna served as Character Concept Art Director at Room 8 Studio from June 2017 to October 2023, managing a subdivision of nearly 50 artists across four teams. Previously, Karyna held the role of Character Concept Art Team Lead and Project Lead Illustrator, focusing on team mentorship, project leadership, and original art creation. Prior experience includes working as a 2D Artist at Plarium and Crystal Clear Soft, where Karyna contributed to illustrations, character and environment design, and 3D modeling. Karyna holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University.
