Jen Peterson

Jen Peterson is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & Wellbeing at Room & Board since September 2014. Prior to this role, Jen held the position of Payroll Manager at Room & Board and previously worked at Checkpoint Systems from June 2003 to August 2014 as the Payroll/Benefits Administrative Lead. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa, earned between 1999 and 2003.
