Jess Durrant

Jess Durrant is an experienced digital strategist currently serving as the Director of Web & Email Strategy at Room & Board since July 2015. With a strong emphasis on improving digital technologies and user experiences, Jess has held various roles, including Web & Email Strategy Manager and UX Architect, where responsibilities included overseeing e-commerce strategies, leading digital product design, and enhancing communication programs. Prior experience includes significant roles at the University of St. Thomas, where Jess managed user experience across online and offline platforms, and at Olson, where project management and interactive development were key focuses. Jess's early career included design and technical roles in several organizations, culminating in a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
