Prior experience includes significant roles at the University of St. Thomas, where Jess managed user experience across online and offline platforms, and at Olson, where project management and interactive development were key focuses. Jess's early career included design and technical roles in several organizations, culminating in a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
