Lisa Knapp

Lisa Knapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and user experience. Currently serving as the Content Product Owner at Room & Board since September 2007, Lisa has been integral to the strategic development of the company's Web Customer Experience Team. Prior to this role, Lisa advanced from Interactive Project Manager to agile coach, leading diverse teams through project execution and sprint planning. With a background that includes positions at MRM Worldwide, Mindshare Interactive Campaigns, Squier Knapp Dunn Communications, and BSMG Worldwide, Lisa has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, user experience planning, and client services. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Public Relations, Sociology, and Spanish from Drake University.
