Nancy Greatrix Manley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Room & Board since September 1992, leading a dedicated team focused on enhancing employee well-being. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager at Fingerhut and HR Manager at Black's Photography, along with earlier experience as a Human Resource Associate at Pillsbury Green Giant. Nancy holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the University at Buffalo School of Management and an AAS in Marketing from Alfred State College.
