Tracy Peer

Tracy Peer is a REALTOR® at Room Real Estate, a boutique agency serving the Santa Cruz area since April 2019. With a diverse background in real estate, Tracy has also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and David Lyng Real Estate, as well as an Independent Sales Consultant since 2012. Previous experience includes a role as a Real Estate Agent with The Madani Team - Keller Williams from December 2017 to April 2019. Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Immaculata University and Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Canberra, along with additional studies at the Drucker School of Management.
