Nancy Shyer

Nancy Shyer has over 30 years of experience in finance leadership roles. Nancy began their career at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Finance Director in 1989 and later became a Senior Director, overseeing annual planning, management reporting, financial systems, and strategic planning. In 2013, Nancy joined Room to Read as Vice President of Finance, where they are responsible for complex data analysis, resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

Nancy Shyer has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Operations Research from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from UC Irvine.
