Jill Cox

Jill Cox has over 30 years of work experience. Jill is currently working as the Senior Director of Product and Technology at RoomIt by CWT since 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, including Senior Director of Hotel Product & Technology and Global Product Director of Hotel Customer Experience from 2012 to 2017. Jill also has experience working at SITA Global Air Transport IT and Communications solutions as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Jill worked as a freelance consultant in the Rail industry from 2005 to 2006 and as the Head of Product Management and Marketing at ntl Business from 2001 to 2004. Jill started their career at Galileo in 1989, where they held roles as Head of Strategy and Planning, Head of Marketing, and Product Manager until 2001.

Jill Cox has a diverse education history. In 1996, they obtained a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 2010, they completed a Diploma in Management from Aston University. Most recently, in 2019, they attended Harvard Business School and received a Certificate in Leading Product Innovation.
