Matilde Baeza is an experienced manager with a comprehensive background in consulting and team leadership, currently serving as a Manager at CWT since June 2008. In this role, Matilde oversees a team of four consultants in the EMEA region, focusing on performance management and personal development while sponsoring global projects with significant financial implications.
