Mattia Raffaelli

Mattia Raffaelli is currently a Product Owner at Joivy, working with a team to digitize property management. Prior to this role, Mattia was the CEO & Co-Founder of RoomMate, where Mattia focused on deals, business partnerships, fundraising, business development, and product management. Mattia has also served as a mentor at Founder Institute and was a member of MindsettER, a startup community in Emilia-Romagna. Mattia has a background in business and administration, management, marketing, and operations management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Mattia's diverse experience includes roles as a lifeguard at Hotel Club Italgor, a business analyst intern at Tulips SpA, and an HR intern at TAS Group.
