Phillip McArdle

Phillip McArdle currently serves as both Account Executive and Chief Heart Officer at RoomReady, where a focus on core values such as Hustle Smart and Care Deeply helps distinguish the company in the A/V industry. Prior experience includes roles as Northeast Director and VP of Business Development at Zdi and Coach at CrossFit Nashua. Phillip also held pastoral positions at Crossway Christian Church and REUNION Christian Church, fostering community and generosity. Educationally, Phillip earned a BA in Church Planting and Theology from Lincoln Christian College from 2002 to 2005.
