Yossi Gurewitz

Yossi Gurewitz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yossi currently works as an Operations Manager at ROOMS by Fattal since January 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Slikk Labs as a bizdev since February 2021.

From July 2019 to February 2021, Yossi served as the C.O.O at A.K.A, where they oversaw all aspects of the business operations. Their roles included managing various teams such as sales representatives, e-commerce marketing managers, and customer service personnel. Yossi also focused on promoting a high-performing and positive company culture, setting KPIs, and ensuring production targets were met. In addition, they were responsible for inventory tracking management and managing customer experiences. Yossi also played a key role in negotiating agreements with global suppliers and handling import-export processes. Moreover, they contributed to business development efforts by seeking new collaborations and partnership opportunities.

Before their time at A.K.A, Yossi had entrepreneurial experience as an Independent Business Owner at both Bite Cafe from February 2016 to January 2019 and HABUTKE NACMani from 2012 to 2016. At Bite Cafe, they were involved in all aspects of running the business, while at HABUTKE NACMani, they created and managed a coffee concept in Tel-Aviv. Their responsibilities included contract negotiations, staff management, supplier management, financial operations, and catering services for private events.

Yossi's earlier work experience includes serving as a Manager at MATILDA in 2011 and as a Service Manager at R2M - COFFEE BAR from 2006 to 2011.

Yossi Gurewitz pursued a field of study in East Asian Studies at Tel Aviv University. The specific start and end years for this education are not provided. In addition to their academic background, Yossi obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Jolt.io in July 2019.
