Arun started their career at AOL in 2003 and held positions of System Architect and Principal Engineer, where they worked on algorithmic personalization and technology strategy.

Their early work experience includes working at Netscape Communications as a Principal Engineer and Technology Evangelist from 2001 to 2003, where they contributed to the release of Netscape browsers. Arun began their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies from 1998 to 2001.
