Timothy Davis

Timothy Davis is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at Rooney Nimmo since 2012, a boutique commercial law firm that specializes in corporate and business law for a diverse clientele. Prior to this, Timothy held senior legal roles at Cenveo, where responsibilities included overseeing all legal affairs for a leading North American printing company, and at American Color Graphics, managing legal affairs for one of the largest retail insert printers in the U.S. Timothy's earlier experience includes positions as General Counsel at Macmillan and various associate roles at CONBOY, HEWITT, OBRIEN & BOARDMAN and Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Timothy earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Columbia University.
