Om Prakash

Om Prakash is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance at Roop Polymers Ltd since April 2019, Om Prakash specializes in handling customer complaints related to mass production parts defects and warranty failures, employing methodologies such as 8D, 5W2H, CAPA, QPR, DAR, and PACD for root cause analysis and corrective action. Prior to this role, Om Prakash worked at Horizon Global Limited from June 2015 to March 2019 as a New Product Development Engineer, overseeing the entire development and validation of new products and systems, while also managing project planning and cost tracking using Microsoft Project Management 2013.
