Clémence Avignon

Clémence Avignon is an experienced Account Executive currently working at Rooser since November 2024, and previously served as a Senior Account Executive at Sourceful from December 2022 to December 2024, focusing on driving the end-to-end sales process for innovative packaging solutions. Prior to Sourceful, Clémence was a Product Manager at RePack from May 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included directing product development, expanding partnerships, and leading sustainability strategies. Clémence also held the position of Sales & Content Marketing Lead at RePack, successfully building a customer-centric sales cycle and implementing effective marketing strategies. Academically, Clémence holds a Master's degree in Governance of Organizations for International Development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, complemented by international experience from Åbo Akademi University.
