We’re ready to swim against the current, focus on the goal and get it done.

It is so vital that we as a team push against the current and work hard so we can create a change in the fishing industry. All great achievements come from a strong motive and committed dedication.

We all own a part of Rooser and act like it.

It is important to consider and prioritise expenditure of the company, so the business can flourish. Taking ownership and responsibility for your section of the business is hugely important as it allows yourself to grow, and encourages your crew mates to take ownership too, which will always add growth to the business.

Customers, crew mates and co-investors, you need each other, act like it.

Working as a group is far more powerful than working individually. It is important that you respect your crew mates because unity will not only benefit the company, but it will benefit yourself.

A high-performance crew functions on passion, not egos.

When you leave your ego at the harbour you open space to learn and collaborate with your team mates which allows everything and everyone to work better.

Rooser connects seafood buyers and suppliers across Europe, providing them with the tools they need to trade efficiently.
