Brian Iverson

Brian is a businessman and entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience in business development and company management, with extensive dealings in Real Estate, Construction, Development, and Energy Corporations, that has pinnacled in Roosevelt Energy with the pending patents for the Tstud™ and the STCstud™ including 34 claims covering 6 inventions. As a Realtor, closed over 2000 real estate transactions, designed 750 residences and commercial buildings, plus developed 2,000+ home sites including 800 waterfront sites, 700 multi-family units, 150 acres of commercial land, with 20 miles of new roads and infrastructure. As President of Frac Sand Resources, Inc., completed all of the due diligence on over 1 billion tons of frac sand reserves in several states, negotiated leases, acquired a mineral processing facility and frac sand deposit and increased its value by 300%. Iverson has a 2 year degree in architectural and civil engineering, became a certified energy auditor for NSP in 1979 (now Xcel Energy), and is a journeyman carpenter and drywall taper.
