Sebastian Hees

Sebastian Hees is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and partner management, currently serving as the Founder of Larus Argentatus since June 2024 and as the Sales & Partner Manager for Great Britain at ROOSH since October 2022. In this dual role, Sebastian specializes in acquiring new cooperation partners, managing contracts, and overseeing partner relations, while also excelling as Head of Sales, where record-breaking partner acquisitions were achieved. Prior to ROOSH, Sebastian gained valuable experience at Nike as a Tracer Agent and Customer Support Specialist, and has held positions in customer service and retail sales since 2014, building a strong foundation in sales through various roles, including at VfL Pinneberg and INTERSPORT Voswinkel. Sebastian's academic credentials include a Higher University entrance qualification from Europaschule Elmshorn and a high school diploma from Leibniz Privatschule.
