Illia Lubenets

Illia Lubenets currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Roosh since May 2024, overseeing portfolio projects' technical supervision and co-building new initiatives. In addition, Lubenets has held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Spicy AI since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing a B2B product to enhance fan connections and creating state-of-the-art AI models. Lubenets has also been the Chief Technology Officer at Uwell since August 2022. Previously, Lubenets worked as Head of Engineering and TechLead at Parimatch Tech from March 2021 to June 2022, and as Solution Architect and Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from January 2019 to February 2021. Lubenets began a career at Microsoft as a Student Partner from June 2015 to April 2019, reporting on educational programs to students at NTUU "KPI." Additional experience includes a position as Team Lead at Aistant and C# Developer at DevelopEx. Illia Lubenets obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from НТУУ "КПИ" between 2013 and 2017.
