Alexei Yagolnikov

Alexei Yagolnikov has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Alexei is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Roost since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Skyward, a Verizon company, from October 2016 to November 2021. Before joining Skyward, Alexei worked as a Lead Front End Developer at PICR from December 2014 to October 2016. Alexei also worked as a Web Developer at ModOp from September 2013 to December 2014, where they specialized in new tech discovery, technology integration, and backend API framework design. Before transitioning into web development, Alexei worked as an Applications Engineer at Westridge Energy from January 2008 to May 2013, where they set up and designed energy monitoring systems and control systems for electrical elements and irrigation systems. Alexei'searliest role was as a Solid State Electronics Repair Technician at Guitar and Amp Center from January 2003 to April 2013.

Alexei Yagolnikov began their education at Blue Ridge Community College in 2002, where they pursued a degree in general studies with a focus on computer science. Alexei completed their associate's degree in 2008. Following this, Alexei attended James Madison University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts with a specialization in Interactive Media.
