Julie Diamond, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they served as a Summer Research Intern at the Herman B. Wells Center for Pediatric Research at Indiana University School of Medicine. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center at West Virginia University School of Medicine.

Julie then pursued their graduate studies at the NYU School of Medicine, Sackler Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences, where they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2012 to 2017.

In 2020, Julie became an Entrepreneur in Residence at a private equity firm. In this role, they vetted and launched a project focused on developing a synthetic biology-based platform for drug discovery. Julie defined commercial strategy, developed a technical roadmap, oversaw experimental work, and filed patent applications.

Throughout their educational and professional journey, Julie also pursued their passion for teaching and empowering others. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as an Indoor Cycling Instructor at various studios in New York City.

Currently, Julie is working as a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist at RoosterBio Inc.

Julie Diamond, PhD, has an education history in immuno-oncology and biology. Julie obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Immuno-oncology from NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from West Virginia University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications related to the securities industry, including Securities Industry Essentials, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 87, from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
