Roger Fendelman

Roger Fendelman is currently the CCO at Roostify. Prior to this, they were the managing member at Garris Horn LLP from December 2018 to January 2021. Roger was also the executive compliance leader at Interthinx, which is now First American, from January 2004 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the firm’s mortgage regulatory compliance strategy and earned a 2014 HousingWire award. Nexstar Financial Corporation employed Fendelman from August 1999 to December 2003 as their mortgage legal/regulatory representative. From November 1997 to August 1999, they worked in mortgage origination at Citi. Additionally, they have experience as a consultant, owning their own firm, Fendelman Consulting, from December 2015 to November 2018. Roger also has experience as an attorney, working from September 1994 to October 1997.

Roger Fendelman has a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is certified by the DC Bar, the Supreme Court of Missouri, and the New Jersey Courts.
