Roni Kalbo

Roni Kalbo is currently the Head of People at Root, a position held since 2025. Roni has a diverse background in recruitment and management, having worked as a Technological Recruiter at Gotfriends from 2021 to 2022, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Manpower Israel from 2020 to 2021. Prior to these roles, Roni served as a Commander and Head of Section in the Israel Defence Forces from 2008 to 2011. Roni holds a B.A. in Business and Management, specializing in Human Resource and Organizational Behavior, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.
