Root & Rise Community CIC is a Leicester-based Community Interest Company delivering science-informed wellbeing programmes, retreats and staff development across Leicester & Leicestershire.

We partner with primary schools, secondary schools, trusts, residential care homes and community organisations to strengthen emotional regulation, confidence, focus and resilience in both young people and adults.

Our programmes combine evidence-informed psychology, mindfulness, movement, sound, creative arts and trauma-aware practice to create safe, inclusive and impactful experiences.

We support schools with:

• Creative & expressive wellbeing sessions
• Staff wellbeing days & sound bath retreats

Every programme is tailored to the needs of the setting, with measurable outcomes and practical tools participants can sustain beyond the session.
