Rooted Power Collective brings together energy consulting expertise and collaborative community-building to advance energy independence, climate resilience and environmental justice. We operate through two interconnected arms: our consulting practice and our membership collective.

Our Consulting Arm helps businesses and organizations navigate the complex landscape of energy resilience. From understanding how extreme weather threatens grid stability to implementing hybrid energy systems that keep critical operations running during outages, we provide the technical expertise, economic analysis, and strategic planning needed to build real solutions. We take a holistic approach, recognizing that no single technology solves everything and that generation means nothing without storage.

Our Collective serves as a collaborative network for energy professionals, advocates, and organizations working toward a more resilient and equitable energy future. We believe energy independence isn't about going at it alone.
