Toby J. Weiss

Toby J. Weiss has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Toby J. is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Rooted Software, where they oversee app development, strategic technology consulting, and support services.

Prior to that, Toby served as the Founder and Executive Director of Hope 680, a non-profit corporation focused on assisting the homeless in the East Bay Area. Toby J. expanded the organization into a 501(c)3 non-profit to enhance their ministry's impact.

Toby also worked at Cross Link Group, initially as the Chief Technology Officer, involved in system selection, software development, and project management. Later, they transitioned into the role of Transitional Executive Director, managing the closure of the company and ensuring a smooth transition for customers and staff.

Additionally, Toby held the position of President, Core Systems & CRM non-profit Consultant at Equip for Him, providing consultancy on software selection, implementation, and technology leadership for non-profit organizations.

Before that, Toby served as the Global Chief Information Officer at Jews for Jesus, where they led web and CRM projects, established software development teams, and contributed to strategic planning. Toby J. also held the role of Director of Information Technology, managing IT processes and spearheading a multi-million dollar CRM database project.

Earlier in their career, Toby worked as a Senior Web Developer and Account Consultant at Alberon, where they were responsible for web development projects and customer consultations.

Toby J. Weiss has a strong education background in the field of computer science. Toby J. obtained their Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in Computing, Physics, and Math at D'Overbroecks College, Oxford from 1999 to 2001.

Additionally, Toby J. Weiss has pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
