Jackie Keogh

Jackie Keogh is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in fund development and affordable housing initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Director at RootedHomes since April 2021, Jackie previously held the position of Deputy Director at Proud Ground from May 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included directing fundraising strategies and expanding the affordable housing pipeline. As Fund Development Manager, Jackie significantly increased the organization’s grant portfolio and individual giving. Additional roles include Development Director at Metropolitan Youth Symphony, where event revenues doubled, and a contract position at the City of Portland focused on housing policy development. Jackie's career began at North Shore Community Development Coalition as Director of External Affairs, managing a comprehensive fund development portfolio. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Endicott College.
