Chandler Barnes has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Chandler is currently working as the Co-Founder and CTO at RootNote, a position they started in March 2022. Previously, from August 2020 to March 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer II at Asurion.
Before that, Chandler founded their own company, Candal, in March 2020 but closed it in August 2020.
From September 2019 to July 2020, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon.
Prior to that, Chandler worked at Maize Analytics from November 2017 to September 2019 as a Software Developer, specializing in developing software to address privacy concerns in the healthcare industry.
Chandler also gained valuable experience as a Tech Support Consultant at Vanderbilt University IT Department from December 2014 to May 2018, where they automated customer management systems and troubleshooted network issues.

Chandler Barnes completed their high school education at Hume-Fogg Academic High School from 2010 to 2014. Chandler then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at Vanderbilt University from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, Chandler had the opportunity to have a study abroad experience at University College Dublin, where they continued their studies in Computer Engineering.
