B Bharath Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. B started their career in 2002 as an Engineer in the Application Engineering department at Roots Industries India Limited, where they interacted with automobile manufacturers across India and was responsible for new product development. In 2003, they joined Roots Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Manager, helping to set up operations in Malaysia. B oversaw activities such as building setup, recruitment, and obtaining customer approvals.

Returning to Roots Industries India Limited in 2007, Kumar took on the role of Operations Manager at Roots Industries (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, where they added responsibilities in manpower management, business strategy development, marketing, and business development. B continued in this role until 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, Kumar worked as a Project Coordinator at Roots Avtocom LLC, where they played a key role in establishing a Joint Venture Company (JVC) in Russia. B collaborated with management and project teams to develop project plans, investment plans, and product/process development plans. B also served as a member of the Board of Directors.

Returning to Roots Industries India Limited in 2012, Kumar held various roles including Head-International Projects and Head of Strategies & New Projects. In these positions, they were responsible for monitoring the effective functioning of Joint Venture Companies (JVCs) in different countries, advising management on planning issues, implementing strategies at JVC projects, and ensuring reporting systems and performance review.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University from 1998 to 2002. Before entering university, they completed their high school education at Lisieux Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1986 to 1998.
