Hafsa Rehman

Hafsa Rehman is an experienced English language teacher and fitness trainer with a diverse background in education and physical training. Currently, Hafsa teaches English courses at Foundation University Rawalpindi Campus and is an education professional at Roots International Schools and Colleges, specializing in O level/IGCSE English language instruction. Previous roles include a Pilates coach at AimFit and a fitness trainer at Bahria Active, offering a range of disciplines such as yoga, strength training, and Zumba. Hafsa holds multiple degrees in English Literature, including an MS from Foundation University Islamabad and an M.A from the National University of Modern Languages, with a research focus on American Mafia literature.
