Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor in Business Ethics at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management starting from September 2016. Eric also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at OZ Impact Funds (Acquired by Roots Management Group) from February 2019 to August 2021. Eric has extensive teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor in Philosophy of Law at Brigham Young University from January 2017 to April 2020. Eric has also held executive positions such as CEO at Toolkite Inc. from September 2016 to February 2019 and CEO and Board Member at Pick Your Plum from January 2013 to April 2016. Eric began their career as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at various law firms including Fillmore Spencer from May 2012 to January 2013, Greenberg Traurig from June 2009 to May 2012, and Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario from August 2006 to June 2009.
Eric Blum has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
