Srini Shankar has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Srini'smost recent position was as the Regional Director of Solution Consulting & Business Process Transformation leveraging SaaS at Rootstock Software since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Professional Services Director at Tquila ANZ from 2014 to 2016, where they led a team of professionals in delivering business technology transformation projects on the Salesforce platform. From 2012 to 2014, Srini worked as a Senior Manager of Global Programs at Symantec, focusing on worldwide support and customer experience. Srini also held the role of Head of IT for Australia and New Zealand at BD from 2005 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Metcash as an IT Manager Coordinator, overseeing the implementation of major IT initiatives and managing the delivery of a critical supply chain ERP system. Srini also has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including an Agile Certified Practitioner (in progress) from PMI, Certified Six Sigma (Green Belt) from BDU, USA, Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania, PRINCE 2 Foundation from Skillsoft, USA, and Project Management Masterclass from Thomsett International.
