Helena dos Reis Aguiar

Helena dos Reis Aguiar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Helena started their career as a Trainee at Julgado de Paz do Porto in 2012. From 2002 to 2013, they worked at Siemens Healthcare as a Translation Trainee, Sales Assistant, and then as a Senior Translator. During this time, they specialized in technical and healthcare translations, including user/proprietary manuals and scientific papers.

Afterwards, they worked as a Freelance Translator from 2006 to 2014, handling various translation projects. In 2013, they joined Monster as a GCS Representative, and gradually progressed to roles such as Premium Service Representative, Senior Premium Service Representative, and finally as an Associate Manager in the Service Delivery teams for Ad Creation and MHX.

In 2017, they joined Quasar Limited as a Customer Support Team Leader, where they led a team of Customer Service Representatives and was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, setting team goals, monitoring performance, and maintaining department policies.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Tipico as a Gaming CRM Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer relationship management in the gaming industry.

Currently, they are working at Rootz LTD as the Head of Content starting from June 2022. Previously, they held a position as a German Content Writer since March 2020.

Throughout their career, Helena has demonstrated a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, leadership skills, and expertise in translations and content creation.

Helena dos Reis Aguiar has a diverse education history. Helena began their academic journey at Wirtschaftsgymnasium Hausach from 1994 to 1997, focusing on Economics and Business Administration, as well as English. Helena then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Germanistics and Anglistics at Faculdade de Letras Universidade do Porto from 1997 to 2005. Following this, they obtained a Post-graduation degree in Specialization in English Translation from the same institution in 2006 and 2007. Lastly, Helena completed their formal education with a Licenciatura degree in Criminologia from Universidade Fernando Pessoa from 2009 to 2012.
