Marco Holgado is an experienced professional in the fields of safety management, logistics, and outdoor operations. Currently serving as Gear Manager and WindCorps Worker at Rope Partner since July 2014, Marco specializes in wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and rotor servicing using Rope Access techniques. Simultaneously, Marco has been contributing as Field Safety and Logistic Manager for the Juneau Icefield Research Program since 2010, overseeing field operations and safety protocols during glacial research endeavors. Previously, as Ground Operations and Safety Manager at Total Tree Care of Iowa City LLC from November 2007 to March 2014, Marco led a five-person crew ensuring compliance with industry safety regulations in tree maintenance. Additionally, from March 2008 to April 2010, Marco worked as a Lead Guide, planning and executing alpine expeditions while ensuring the safety of all participants. Marco holds a Rope Access Technician certification from Ropeworks/Mistras and has an educational background from the University of Iowa.
